I’m a lifestyle and integrative medicine physician—and I believe the best medicine isn’t just found in a pill bottle. It’s found in the choices we make every day. Not the perfect ones, but the consistent, intentional ones.

I started Healthevity because I saw too many smart, capable people feeling stuck, defeated, and like their health was spiraling—one new diagnosis, one new medication at a time. They were doing everything they’d been told… but no one had taught them how to make change last.
