Thank you for your interest in Healthevity Lifestyle and Integrative Medicine. At Healthevity, we help adults with chronic conditions like obesity, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, hypertension to take control of their health by using personalized lifestyle and treatment plans that boost energy, strength, resilience and confidence, no matter your age.
I welcome the opportunity to connect with you by phone. During our free 20-minute call, I hope to learn more about you and your health goals, as well as share some details about me and the practice. Our call will focus on understanding your needs and how the practice might support them. While I can’t offer personalized medical recommendations at this stage, I’m eager to discuss how my approach could potentially benefit you.
This initial conversation is a crucial step in finding the right partner for your wellness journey. It's an opportunity for us to see if we align in our health philosophies and if our services match your aspirations.

Appointment Hours
Discovery Call appointments are conducted Mondays, 1-3 PM and Wednesdays, 12:30-2 PM and are scheduled by the provider.
Foundational Assessment appointments are conducted on Thursdays, 1-5 PM and are scheduled with the provider by phone.
Membership appointments are conducted on Tuesdays, 1-5 PM and can be scheduled online by members.
All appointments are in-person.
I provide health care services to patients in Nevada by appointment only.
